Julian Gabriel Merida, also known as Cookies. Born in San Jose, Occ. Mindoro, based in Metro Manila, is a 18 year old multi-genre artist who has been active as a music producer and graphic designer since 2017. His expertise lies in creating a wide range of music genres, including Orchestra, Electronic, and Indie, though he is currently focusing on EDM sub-genres like Future Riddim, Orchestra Dubstep.

His first album, Night Time (2020) was released on SoundCloud as a starting point of his journey in the world of music. He also gained popularity from a lo-fi remix of Gawr Gura's cover of Sunday Morning, which peaked at 238k views and 6.7k likes from a YouTube channel under a name of cookies. He took inspiration from artists like potsu, Porter Robinson, Moe Shop and other more. His first collaborator was Nyanikore from the track On My Head from the Exodus Vol. 2 album, released and distributed by XODUS Collective (2021-2023)
